• Any transport to and from the airport outside of designated pick-up and drop-off windows.
• Any additional purchases for yourself, including but not limited to souvenir shopping, extra spa services, personal taxis, and tips for private services.

California in the late summer can be full of surprises. The evenings are brisk, but the days can be sunny and warm.  Late July is the PEAK of summer,  although of course there are no guarantees.  Average temperatures are around 68-85 degrees. We will go over the fun details, including what to pack, on our pre-retreat group call.

Breath in, Breath out. Before we leave for California we will have our new community of friends in a private group, so everyone can get to know each other. Before the retreat even begins you will have a whole new set of friends!

• Post-Retreat Group call – let’s see how everyone is adjusting to being back home, especially with using their newfound parenting tools!
• 30 day coaching follow up mastermind to see everyone's doing towards their 2025 goals

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. If you cancel your trip, Emerald Retreats and IV20 Houston, LLC does not offer refunds for any reason. All deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned by retreat planner. If booked through 3rd party, it is recommended to review their policy.  

If Emerald Retreats must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a FULL refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

If we reschedule a retreat for a future date, your retreat payment will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new retreat, your payments will be refunded.  Depending on the retreat center’s policy, Emerald Retreats may have the discretion to return the initial deposit.

Emerald Retreats is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat by a vendor or location, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so that is why travel cancellation insurance is required once a deposit is made. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging upon on your retreat.
